The services were very bad
In general: This is a 3 star property and it is built accordingly, but the property requires maintenance and the services are also very bad. The staff is not qualified for service industry. After complaining to the owner he gave a very bad response saying that I know it is an issue and now what you want to do. And suddenly his behavior got rude. Location and surroundings: The property is located in a village, so to get food or any other provision you need to go out two kms. And from main beach it is 10 kms. At this same rate you can find a property near the beach. Service: Very bad service, after check-in they said that rooms are ready and then after lot many issues and it took one more hour to resolve the issues. But still hot water was served in bucket and door mats were missing. Only single blanket provided for couple with an extra bedsheet. Dining: No restaurant available in the hotel and not even the radius of 2 kms. Sports and leisure: Just a swimming pool nothing else and even that was very dirty. Room: Spacious, but needs maintenance as door locks were a pain to use, toilet flush was not working. Useful tips: Not recommended.
